Bus Gas Gearbox Shift Cables

.

We manufacture gear shift cables (transmission cables) and accelerator cables (injection pump cables, throttle cables) for various modifications of buses, including MAN, Setra, Van Hool, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAZ, LAZ, NeoLAZ, Higer, Neoplan, PAZ, Bogdan, Isuzu, Etalon, TATA, and BAZ.

In buses, especially those used for intercity transportation, gear shift cables and throttle cables of considerable length—up to 14 meters—are commonly used. Manufacturing high-quality transmission cables of such length requires experience in production, the use of quality materials and components, as well as equipping them with reliable accessories: dust boots, dampers, joints, and tips.

The selection of gear shift, throttle, or handbrake cables can be carried out based on:

  • VIN – the unique vehicle identification number (Vehicle Identification Number);
  • OEM product code (control cable);
  • our database of control cable applicability;
  • a sample of the failed control cable provided by you;
  • dimensions provided by the customer;
  • online or via telephone.

We provide professional consultations for selecting a gear shift or fuel pump cable for your bus. Additionally, we assist in choosing transmission control components, specifically: master supports, translators, and reaction rods when replacing other types of drive systems with mechanical cable systems.
Before installing control cables on your vehicle, we recommend reviewing our installation guidelines.
